Description de la classe // Class description
La technique de David Zambrano
Flying Low est une technique qui s’attache principalement à la relation du danseur avec le sol. À partir de schémas de mouvements simples qui impliquent la respiration, la vitesse et la libération de l’énergie dans tout le corps. Le but est d’activer la relation entre le centre et les articulations, allant de bas en haut et de haut en bas de manière simple par le maintien d’un état centré. Une technique incontournable pour le danseur contemporain.
Technique developed by David Zambrano
Flying Low is a dynamic physical practice of going in and out of the floor with speed and fluidity. Incorporating running, jumping, and phrase work, the class builds from simple phrases to complex combinations that challenge the professional dancer to expand their capacity and offers an important floor work base for the beginning dancer. It is essential vocabulary for all contemporary dancers.
